I’m Bebe.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting people as a social worker, and like many of the women I now coach, I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life — at 36! After earning two graduate degrees, moving to a different state, becoming a home owner, creating a fulfilling career as a psychotherapist and caring for three senior animals, I became overwhelmed.
When I relocated from New York to Pennsylvania, I left behind my support system and the familiar life I had built. Years of masking, over-functioning, and negative self-talk finally caught up to me. I constantly blamed myself for being “too sensitive,” “too disorganized,” or simply “not enough.” As I began supporting others with executive functioning challenges, I started to see myself in their stories, and that’s what led me to seek my own ADHD diagnosis.
Today, I help women untangle those same patterns. Together, we unlearn the shame, quiet the self-judgment, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. My coaching blends practical strategies with nervous system awareness, mindset work, and compassion.
I believe you don’t need to change who you are — you just need the right support to thrive as you are.
